I paid a $40 custom necklace for Christmas... I didn't even get a tracking number... I've sent a couple of mails to their costumer service and got not reply at all..
I ordered a bracelet for my mom for Mother’s Day. I received an email stating it would be late and would take 3-5 business days and would receive a tracking #. None of that occurred. I emailed them 3 times and no response. I disputed my charge and will not use them ever again!! BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! The only way of communication is through email as well!
I've ordered a photo necklace. But I've got a wrong product.I've sent a photo of the product,and they said that they will send me a new product. I've been waiting almost a month.Now they don't reply to my email.Great!!!
OMG, I should have read the reviews before placing an order. I was so happy because I ordered bracelets for both my granddaughters for Christmas and now I don't know if I will receive them or not and if I do wondering if they were worth what I paid for them..........so dumb.

Do not order from this Melodynecklace never received my package, was told its on his way package got lost in the mail, she did not give a refund or send Merchandise They treat the customers like it's their fault that the package never reached their house this is a big scam I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
