They are asking that I pay for the return shipping fees, before I can get a refund. It is contrary to the terms of this purchase, where the shipping fees shall not be for the client’s account, if the problem is caused by the seller. I am scared of not getting a refund from them. It came today an it's a piece of c**p. Its about the size of a small kids shoe box, made of cardboard plastic stuff. No moving characters, no bird, the pinecones are plastic and are part of the clock...dont hang. Everything is PAINTED on. What a scam.
