Is Gemini-gadgets a Scam or Untrustworthy Online Store

I ordered a laser torch on 10/20. Paid in full with my debit card. Never heard back from them and never received the product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They are very untrustworthy and nothing but a scam. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Amazon is just as bad for letting them continue to sell their products. GEMINI - GADGETS IS A SCAM.

I ordered a Laser torch from geminI gadgets on July 24 2020. I paid with prepaid visa . Paid in full on July 24 2020.
My order # is 30744 . I have sent emails to costumer support and received a computer generated email response back never answering any questions & never giving a tracking order # .
It's now a year & a half later & no package , no tracking # & now no response for 9 months now.
This company continues selling their products on Amazon , which I have contacted Amazon several times to inform them that they have a seller with bad business practices & pleaded with them to not let them sell on Amazon to protect others & Amazon has ignored me.
DO NOT BUY FROM GEMINI GADGETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never received an item for which was purchased and unable to get ahold of as their contact information leads to nowhere. I’d advise to steer clear of this entity or anything they are selling. In my opinion it’s a scam!

I got scammed as well. Ordered the laser torch August 31st. I still haven't received it. Their email is bogus. I have filed a claim with PayPal for a refund. To bad there isn't a way for PayPal or other payment services to warn you about scammers. They must have plenty of reported claims for this company

I ordered 2 Torch-Laser on July 28, 2020. It's now October 11, 2020 and still nothing. The tracking number was not found in the "Trackdog" packaging tracker since day one! I spent $35 for NOT A D**N THING!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM GEMINI GADGETS FOR ANY REASON FOR ANYTHING!!!

I order a Lazer Torch on 12 August 2020 and paid for it the same day. I'm still waiting for my order. Yesterday it was 7 weeks. Today I vistit their site called ORDER TRACKING. I entered my order no and the response was "No Order Found" So it seems to me that this GeminI Gadgets is a huge scam and very dishonest.

Got an email confirming my money was taken, tried emailing them for a tracking number and email comes back to no email address in Existence, searched a little harder and found a different email. Then decide to google them and found this website. Now I feel like an Idiot. WTH is wrong with Facebook a company literally trusted by millions and millions of people to allow such bs to be advertised on the site. Facebook should use some of their billions of dollars to personally pay everyone back for allowing this. I hope justice is served on both Facebook and Gemini-gadgets. Shame on you both.

Lesson learned, I should have checked this before ordering the laser torch. I ordered one and never received anything but was charged. Complete scam, no contact info and a false email address for support. Do not order anything from Gemini.

Yeah I got ripped off as well. I can no longer trust facebook or any sites they advertise. GeminI should be closed down. The authorties should be on them. The site offers no contact information apart from a fake address to contact customer support. This is nothing but CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.

If I could give this anymore of a negative review, I would. It took so long to get and then not to mention it was a silver cat toy. Complete waste of time and money. Straight dollar tree product. Completely disappointed and mad. This company straight needs to be shut down for doing this to people. The reviews online all say the same thing so there are so many more people they are ripping off. They ripped me off. I ordered the same 2 lasers offered on Facebook and received fraudulent lasers for cats that were not what was advertised. It was all lies.

I guess the takeaway from this is that Facebook cannot be trusted to offer a reliable marketplace.

I purchased two laser pointers from this website. They took a few weeks to get delivered from China. Nothing like the picture they advertised. No batteries, charger etc. The lasers looked like some cheap Dollar store junk. And to make things worse I used my PayPal account. And tried to dispute the purchase. Paypal was no help at all. I will not use them for any future purchases.

Do not order ANYTHING from them !! They were quick to get the money out of my account but slow on sending anything in return. When they finally sent the laser light I ordered it was a cheap little light I could have gotten off wish or at any flea market for like $5., No batterys as advertised, no charger, no storage box, and didn't have the 5 interchangeable lenses not to mention what 5 modes? And an s.o s mode ,you push the button it comes on let go goes off comon people really? There are no modes as advertised, well so what are they actually selling? CHEAP KNOCK OFF JUNK. . This is nothing more than a rip off and the fact that FaceBook is pushing it isn't any better.
