Same here. I ordered something. I'm in South Africa. I have not received a tracking number, I have been waiting for it for 4 weeks. When I inquire I get the automated response.

Yip definate scam...They just send you generic emails saying allow 3-4 weeks for shipping...6 months later you still get the same email when you enquire about your goods ordered.

If you come face to face with anyone from this scam please give them one from me :)

I’ve ordered 4 items from Multiqlo five months ago and only received one item. The rest I’ve never got it. I emailed theM many times but they would respond same thing. The one I have received originally came from China that’s prob why took so long and the rest are missing still 🤔🤭

I've ordered an item 6 months ago and didn't receive anything, apart from an email saying shipping taking time. This is ridiculous!

I have ordered an item more than two months for now and I have not received the parcel and there is no tracking number. When you contact them, you automatically have a reply saying that the shipping takes 3-6 weeks blablabla...
