We had the exact same experience. My 12 year old son used his own money to buy this tank and they sent a little plastic toy tank, smaller than a pair of kitchen scissors.... So mad. I went back and forth with them and they kept saying I had to send their rinky dink toy back to them and that would have costs like $35.00.. I contacted our credit card company and they declined our claim. Boy See Four made an offer to refund me 30% of the total cost. I took it because at this point a few bucks is better than nothing.... I'll see if I really receive the refund!

Boyseefour is a scammer. I tried to contact them after I ordered a falsely advertised 60,000 stars original home planetarium which apparently is just discs. I keep contacting them but to no avail and no response. I only get automatic email message pretending that they are busy and that I will get a response. Then a few days later, I get the message that the product is shipped. Apparently, if I get the product and want a return, their style to dogde the bullet is to ask for proof of purchase, pictures and return them after but only going to give a 20% refund. That is their bad business malpractice. According to their website, I could cancel it before the delivery so I could get a full refund. This website also operates another website called Powerls VIP and is also doing the same trick. Do not trust these websites with fake advertisements. Hope that BBB will get these scammers from China and Hongkong. They are operating in illegal manner.
