I’m one of the dumb ones who got sucked in. The tracking info was legit. The post office told me I could refuse the package, but I had no guarantee of getting a refund. The support email does respond, but nothing but polite delay tactics. I have had many many emails with them. The latest is requesting a pre-paid return label to get their promised refund. They say they can’t provide in any way a prepaid return label, even though they did not send me what I ordered — they sent a completely different pattern. So it’s their fault, but I have to pay return shipping. And, again, I’m guessing no refund is in the stars for me. I could just kick myself for ever getting started with these people!
