It is June 26 and I still don't have my order and I don't have a refund. I will contact my bank and hopefully I can get my money back. I have only received 1 reply from them and they told me that my order was somewhere here in the states and that I needed to contact my post office. I did and after the USPS they told me my item was still in China. I cant believe they are still in business. I have emailed asking for my money back as I still have no product. O was told this is covid issue an it was in transit then they sent me an email with a link of product that that was shipped to Canada. I'm in the u.s.a.... All emails from help center are generated so nobody really cares u hate there products. I turned this site into the BBB!!!! All I wanted was a bday gift an I had to buy a new one
