I pleaded that I could understand if I had even logged into the site but I had not. He was a complete jerk and I got nowhere. I then emailed support and got someone else but said I had already called and charges could not be reversed as his colleague had said. I still pleaded and asked how he would feel in my shoes. He said it was company policy. I said that customer service or support is to help the customer not to rip them off. Very rude people and didn't care at all. All about the money and not about the service for the customer. I would have rather just thrown the money in the street.
