I ordered an electronics case and 6 weeks later received a pair of sun glasses. They wanted me to return the plastic sunglasses at my expense before they would allegedly send the right item. Claimed it was a warehouse error. The return would have been sent back to China. We never got that far as my credit card company intervened. The whole process was one failed promise after another. I immediately received a receipt for my purchase, but didn't hear anything from them for weeks afterward. I was finally able to contact them via email (visibeald-outlook.com), and the sent me a tracking number from China.The item connected the that tracking number arrives a couple or weeks later. They sent me a pair of knock-off Ray Ban sunglasses. Not the camera that I ordered.I tried contacting them again, just incase they accidentally mixed up my order with someone else's But I have not received any replies.So, yes.
