It appears the number is being used by cyber thieves or is being spoofed by them. Therefore, recipients of similar text scams from the same number are asked not to follow the instructions in them. A Scam Message from 866-810-1857"The text message said: FRM: Bank of America. Please call 866-810-1857 SUBJ: Your ACCT is locked MSG:: 2435 Check the comment section below for answers or additional information.
