My husband had me purchase (2) sets of 15 piece Milwaukee tools from these people - total only $135.00 - but when they didn't arrive when promised, I kept contacting them - they said it was normal shipping - when they didn't arrive in 30 days - I tried to cancel - no response - ordered these items April 8 - finaly at the end of June - we received a package - (10) disposable masks! REALLY - have contacted our bank - they are working on it.

    Thanks

I have been back and forth with the company for 4 months. I ordered tools and they sent N95 masks. They always claim its a mistake. it was a mistake to think that I would ever get the tools I ordered. Already reported to AMEX and received refund. Why do they let these criminal enterprises on the internet at all?

This is a scam! I ordered tools in April and constantly checked the tracking number for updated status. I finally contacted the customer service and the tracking number was updated. They said my shipment was delayed due to COVID. 4 months later, I finally received my package today. I RECEIVED A SCARF. I'm going to do whatever I can to get my money back.

Definitely a scam. Ordered in April before many comments are dated. At the time there were no negative comments I could find. I began trying to track the shipment after I was advised a tracking number had been assigned. After a lot of back and forth and various delays and email misdirection I was assured the delay was "due to the pandemic" and the fact the package was held up in China . I finally received a package of face masks today in the mail-definitely not the tools I had ordered. This took 4 months Will be pursuing fraud investigation

Beware! I ordered 2 tool kits from Bing Ad and realized it was too good of a deal to be real. I called my bank and canceled payment. I was sent tracking number on my order and after a long wait, I was delivered a pack of face masks. I was thankful I caught my mistake in time.

I ordered a toolset from vippowertool.com. advertised on Bing's main page. I paid with American Express and even spoke with Amex before purchasing and was assured it legit. Took 2 months to receive the package, it turned out to be a Burberry scarf. Pretty disappointing. Buyer beware.

I ordered a set of Milwaukie tools from vippowertool.com and I got scarf instead in the mail about one month after the order. Just after the order was placed, I got a tracking number and it was shipped from China, so the website did not say anything about the company based in China.

Don`t buy from this fraud of a company . I ordered milwaukie tool set and got a scarf instead

  • May 15, 2020 at 8:51 AM by an anonymous user from: Key West, Florida, United States

My husband ordered power tools from this company and we received face masks instead. I have asked them for my money back and they offered to refund 38% of the money. I did not pay 38% of the item. I paid 100% of an item that I did not receive.

This is a rip off company and people should be aware of this.

    • May 23, 2020 at 12:55 PM by an anonymous user from: Santa Barbara, California, United States

How did you get ahold of anyone at this fraudulent company. I was scammed also.

  • May 12, 2020 at 2:59 PM by an anonymous user from: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

This company did not deliver the products ordered. Their name will not show up on the credit card statement. For my order, the billing name appears to be Trendsown Toledo. I have never done business with Trendsown. I was able to get my bank not to pay this. I also asked for a new credit card.

How can a person get their money back or the product that was ordered from vippowertool.com

    • April 23, 2020 at 8:31 PM by an anonymous user from: Stockbridge, Michigan, United States

Contact your financial institution, report, and file complaint. Request a new credit card... I have been emailing the company re: cancelled order & refund they claim they will issue credit but it may "take a while"...

Google or any other search engine should not have the discretion to block any site. This is what communist do. The most they should be able to do is "buyer be wear" and it up to the buyer to choose to pursue whatever seller they wish to. What Google is doing is making up the buyer's mind by liminting his choice. What makes Google above approach. Can't they be bought by any company and decide to smear the competition. Scary situation you people have created.

    • July 6, 2020 at 8:31 PM by an anonymous user from: Santa Barbara, California, United States

After verifying numerous fraudulent complaints on a company Google and others should be able to prevent them from buying ad space if they really cared about their customers. It has nothing to do with constitutional freedoms, especially when it's an international company. But google and other companies won't do this because they are capitalists first and always.
