I began trying to track the shipment after I was advised a tracking number had been assigned. After a lot of back and forth and various delays and email misdirection I was assured the delay was "due to the pandemic" and the fact the package was held up in China . I finally received a package of face masks today in the mail-definitely not the tools I had ordered. This took 4 months Will be pursuing fraud investigation
