    I paid for an order and it was not delivered.

    The seller is not willing to refund the full amount.

    I ordered a vacuum, waited several weeks for delivery and rec. three face masks. Yes you heard right, three face masks. PayPal has been trying to help with refund but so far nothing. I am usually careful with what websites I order from but they said they had a tool that my husband wanted so I took a shot. I am out 69.00 dollars. Lesson learned.

      www.tructone.top This site is 100% a scam. Fake sales website. Not only the content, but images present on the Tructone site are also copied from other sites. Now, scammers send 3 Not sealed cheap face masks during the Coronavirus Pandemic, you even not sure if these are used face masks from china. They are delivering the cheap product to you to get your $56.19 and steal your credit card information. If you want your money back, the PayPal let you return the 3 used cheap face masks to China. Do you think it make sense Paypal? That's the reason the number of scam sites is increasing every year!

    I ordered a summer waves pool pump never received then today I received a package from China it’s was face masks. I got scared so I started searching online anything regarding this and found that it might be scam so I compared to package order number to the order number PayPal gave me when I ordered the item and sure enough it is the same.

      That’s exactly what happened to me. I was freakin out sketching online till it dawned on me that it night be related to the summer waves pool pump I ordered. PayPal denied my dispute because when I originally filed the dispute I hadn’t received anything and I tried reaching out to the so called seller from the get go and several times there after but no reply. When I received the face masks I sent back to PayPal website to give an update to the dispute I filed but ‘s website diorama have that option. I tried filing another dispute so that I could inform PayPal about the masks I received instead of a pool pump and again I ran into a dead end with PayPal. Called PayPal endless times trying to speak with a customer service representative but because of Covid-19 there are no representatives available to speak with. Just the the other day PayPal e-mailed me denying my dispute because seller provided shipping and tracking info. So again I went to PayPal’s website and try and file another dispute so I could explain that when I filed the dispute the first time I hadn’t received my order and that not till after I had filed the dispute is when I received the cask masks. PayPal won’t allow you to file anything regarding that order like no appeals.
