Scammed also by them. Cannot get it back from Pay Pal because they have no record of the transaction. I'm out he money and my granddaughter is out the bike. Tough lesson for us.

The exact same thing happened to me as the other three people. I wish I had realized they were scammers before I ordered from them. I want to get a refund and am trying. Has anyone successfully gotten a refund? Please let me know.

I ordered a Schwinn road bike through Zenger club and it is a scam. After I paid through pay pal they didn't send any tracking number and after 3 or 4 days they emailed me a tracking number and when I tried the track number, it was an item that have already been delivered a week before I ordered the bike in some other location. I tried contacting them with the email address that they claimed to be asked further questions and no answer from them. I got scammed and had to call my bank for security. please don't use Zenger club they are SCAMMERS!

My sister sent me a link to a Bike on this website, and I bought it for her birthday; they replied 2 days later saying it was shipped, but the number provided was an item that was shipped and delivered almost a month before I ordered it
