Hey everyone! The Official ROC Paddle Boards here. Recently we have been getting reports of fraudulent advertisements being run on Facebook, instagram, and other social media channels for our products. They are NOT legitimate or associated with us in any way! We are disappointed to see that this is happening and we are working diligently to get them taken down. You can find our authentic boards on our website (rocpaddleboards.com) or on Amazon but any other outlet is not authorized. We recognize in the frustration that these cause and we appreciate your assistance in flagging the ads when you see them. If you have been affected by these sites, we recommend reporting the purchase to your payment provider. Again, we share in the disappointment that this is going on and appreciate your understanding and support!

Jerrylessvips.store is a fake one as well. It was advertised on FB marketplace. Luckily, I just went on to Amazon to see what the sane board was selling for...

    $580 vs. $159..

I REALLY wanted it to be legit! 👎🏻

I’m sorry to those that have lost money...this is a terrible scam!

  • August 15, 2020 at 11:58 AM by an anonymous user from: Albany, Oregon, United States

Got scammed buying an inflatable stand up paddle board on Facebook. The website was jerrylessvips.store, according to the ad on Facebook.

They sent a set of what looks like brass knuckles. They say it is still coming but it is clear that this was a scam. I can’t leave a comment on their ad because it gets deleted immediately. And there are no other comments on the ad.

People who scam depend upon their victims to feel too ashamed to talk about it.

Quest boards seems to be a paddle board scam.

    • October 2, 2020 at 10:24 AM by an anonymous user from: Cedar Park, Texas, United States

Yes was about to buy one but toll free number says a different company and even when I click operator I NeVER get anyone on the line. Plus the real number seems to be a fake (too many digits). So frustrating cause this one looks real since paddleboards are $300-400 (NOT too ridiculously cheap), but they prey on you wanting a cool one cause patterns are nowhere else!

  • July 21, 2020 at 7:58 AM by an anonymous user from: United States

I purchased one( ROC inflatable paddle board set) on FB yesterday. Today I got a confirmation from PayPal with a tracking # that was delivered to my house on 6/25! Immediately filed a claim to get my money back. Guess it was too good to be true :(. Hopefully I can get my money back from PayPal.

Same issue as as the comment above this, ordered a paddleboard through paypal and got email with tracking number of my "Shipped" order which miraculously was delivered to my front door 2 days before I even ordered it! must have been one of the neighborhood porch bandits that got away with it...

    https://eczebrok.com/index.php?main_page=index

That's the URL for the website, but I found them through the shopping tab on google, and there are tons of google results that look just like this one. I'd have thought Google would have some kind of security measures to handle that, but I'm like Zoolander with computers so i'll remain impressed and fascinated.

Thanks to whoever put this page up! Nice to know I'm not the only one!

    much obliged,

    Texan
