Owshoe Scam: Review of the Online Baby Store

I was scammed out of $99.49 and my bank (Citibank) says that I have no recourse and I have to contact the merchant. Of course contacting the merchant is useless; emails come back as undelivered and the contact phone number just rings busy. I was also provided with a fake USPS tracking number for the product, which was never provided by "Owshoe" or its Chinese back office.

Owshoe online store is totally scam. Never shipping item, provided a fault tracking number.

OWSOME STOLE $63.47 from me. Tried to find Britton Kaufman, can't find him on the net.
Paypal was lacking in their efforts to stop the transaction 5 minutes after I sent it.
I asked them to stop payment BUT OWSOME had a USPS tracking# so Paypal closed my dispute! Now I can't reopen the dispute. I have no recourse, unless it may take a couple of days for them to have access to the transaction, again in a shipped status?? However, THIS IS A FRAUD ALERT so I have to act now.
I sent an email to OWSOME TELLING THEM TO STOP THE ORDER AS I DON'T BUY DIRECT FROM CHINA. Got no response. Called the number on the site.. busy 24/7. Today, I received a HAIR ELASTIC in a tiny manilla envelope with the USPS tracking# on it. I knew when the tracking# for a camper toilet was USPS that it WAS NOT a toilet!!
I am closing my Paypal account as I don't believe I am secure WITH THEM ANYMORE.
They have changed their procedures and at one time in May they were responsive to this same thing and stopped my order in time. Thank you for this FORUM TO ALERT consumers. sl

I received a HAIR TIE WITH WORDS PHEONIX ON AN APPLE... Paypal threw me under the bus.
They used to stop orders in seconds of payment as CHINESE COMPANIES names WOULD SUDDENLY POP UP AFTER PAYMENT.. GET OUT CANCEL STOP IMMEDIATELY . GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I don't buy from China based companies. Now I'm in this scam for $63.49. I will be cancelling My PayPal if I don't get a proper refund in 30 days.
Then I WILL report OWSHOE TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND THE BETTER BUSINESS AND ANYWHERE ELSE THAT WILL LISTEN.

Scammers this website is fraudulent and they need to be shutdown. I ordered a tool from owshoe and never got it. This business website is an absolute disgrace nothing more than modern day bandits taking peoples hard earned money. Please be forewarned do not buy anything from them as they will just scam you out of your money

even thought you paid by PayPal, contact your bank or credit card used thru PayPal and they will return your money! PayPal credit will also return your funds.

No, they won't I tried and PAYPAL said because I contacted the credit card company they have nothing to do with it anymore. PayPal is only looking out for themselves

I ordered online 3 days ago and it went to a PayPal account and I still see the processing and pending and my money is taken. What a scam to see it online for tires 255 55 19 desert hawks . Truly a scam ppl.

It is a scam; get email within 3 hour of order showing I got item 3 day in the past and PayPal does nothing to help these russian scammers as the email for PayPal shows .Ru, that's Russia
