Neckwas Space located at neckwas.space is a fake online power tool store. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Same here, got me 2 weeks ago on some echo weed eaters. Going to the bank tomorrow morning about it.
Ya, they got me too. Gave me a official looking receipt order number to. I'm trying to get RyobI to do something about it, but am not holding my breath. Stupid scammers, I would beat them silly for have a chance!
Scam. Also when you order and try to trace it tells you it is amazon which it is not. Also as you track your shipment it shows going to whatever city you live in with a different name and different address but it is what ever it is actually delivered by UPS They know where it goes but wont tell you and wont open a case. BIG BIG SCAM.
