I ordered from an advertisement on Facebook from Fastshipfacemasks (fastshipfacemask.com), Sarasota, FL. They shipped the package but it went to the Middle River Maryland post office. I contacted USPS about this but they were no help. I have tried to call this company but the phone number listed is unavailable (fake). I believe this is a scam company because when you go to the site on Facebook it shows at the bottom who ordered and from where. Most of them are in the state of Maryland. Order # *****. They took out the $40.19 from my account on 5/28/20. I am a senior citizen and my income is very low. Help me with my problem because I believe they are scamming us because they will not get back to me when I email them.

They did not ship me what I ordered. Now refuse to respond to emails. The best bet is to stay away from this company.
Ordered mine end of June...never received shipment. Finally received an email back from them at the end of July and they said my order was backed ordered so that was the reason they did not ship. Now Aug. 15 and I still have not received what I paid for. They should change their name from FAST SHIP to NO SHIP SCAM!
I ordered three blue masks with white sides last Friday online from Fastship Mask company supposedley in Sarasota, Fla. I never received a confirmation EMAIl for the details of the 39.83 order. Each time I called I got one excuse or anotherie it,s the weekend, I,m not for that department, or I,m in another state and on and on. So I am out 39.83 and I keep seeing the same advertisement dailey on facebook. I feel like an ignoramous for buying these online.. I guess i,m still stupid at 73 years of age. Sarah
These masks are so subpar and no quality to them at all. Especially the 'kerchief' looking ones. Can see thru them and they are not for an adult size as none of them are as I ordered several different designs. Do not order from them. What company uses a gmail account and never answers their phone as mentioned.

I have ordered 2 masks an my credit card was charged. A few days passed when I got an email stating my address was not correct so I checked it and found and corrected the error now a week has gone by with no response. I spoke with customer service and gave her all the info which she says, Got It! I doubt that anyone could have written down or entered the information as she claimed. I was told I would receive an email to verify my order. So far zero, zip, zilch, nada! Please respond as We are in a hot spot in Arizona.
I ordered 3 mask from Fast Ship Face Mask on June 4, my check cleared on June 8th. $34.22 When the mask arrived they were too small for my face and the part to go around the ears were not elastic, would not stretch at all. I returned the mask and have called the # given, always get same message they have stepped away from desk for a few minutes leave name and # and they will call as soon as possible. Well evidently possible has not gotten there yet as I've never gotten a call, I would like to have my refund since I could not use the mask. They show three guys on internet advertising these mask, and I am beginning to think it is a scam. The telephone # for this co. is 941-301-8378
