Is Usabigdeal a Scam? Review of the Online Store

I had 2 separate credit cards flagged for FRAUD after trying to purchase from this place. DO NOT USE OR TRUST!!!

I ordered a Shiatsu Massage Chair Pad on June 23, 2020 and after many emails demanding my money back and contacting my credit card company, I have not received neither the chair pad or my refund. I too received a generic email from Emily C.

Biggest bull c**p I ordered a mini fan june 7 jus got it sept 12,2020 what a joke ,i was broke says takes 3aaa batteries but rhey to big takes 3aa batteries,it actually is fit for a 2 yr old maybe if it was 40 degrees n a small 1ft x 1ft u could kool a baby off with it!!! Such a waste of $25.00 scam scam scam,usabigdeal's suck ,n the best part it came from china n the writing on box not n english!!? Why is it named usa laughing my butt off wow

I ordered from them and just received the same email. No response. No delivery of the item I ordered. They are a scam. Shame on them!

I ordered about 7 weeks ago and still get the same bullsht email back. I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and it appears I’ve been took. F**k scammers, they are the scum of the earth.

I will never order from this site again. I ordered 2 months ago. Sent several emails with no answer. I now will contact my credit card # and they will get my money back. Scammers and thieves. DO NOT order from them, you will be frustrated and out your money.

Purchase at USA BIG DEAL took place online on June 16th, 2020. I paid through PAYPAL. As of this date August 10th, 2020 I have not received my product. My cost is $22.94. They took my money but no delivery. Don't fall for line 4-6 weeks for delivery because if I saw that displayed on web site I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT IT. So If I am you DON'T ORDER ANYTHING through them. It is not the loss of my money it is the principle of the matter. Thieves have no place on this planet

My order was about two months ago and have not received it. I will never order from this store again - another online mistake!

I ordered from this scam company over 2 months ago. I have emailed them a number of times and receive an automated message back from "Emily C"
It's really something when people/fake companies have to make a living by ripping off innocent ppl. Poor things.

I placed an order on July 5th, 2020. Never received an order confirmation. I have emailed them about 4 or 5 times and getting no answer. My bank account was charged $38.20 for a garden hose that I ordered. I'm frustrated, worried that I've been scammed. Please someone, contact me regarding my issue. I ordered a 100-foot lightweight blue water hose that is expandable for $29. 99
