Is Fishingcarepackage.com Scam? Review of the Online Store

I have two pending orders with Fishing Care Package at fishingcarepackage.com. Both orders were made on the same day. These orders are from the beginning of April. One order was for 4 reels. I received only one reel in the mail as opposed to the four I ordered and was charged for. The second order was for 6 Lews Mach 2, 7ft rods. I have not received any of these rods. These orders totaled in excess of $300.

I’ve tried for months to contact this company via phone , Messenger and email, but to no avail. I tried posting on their FB and Instagram pages, but they blocked me. This is theft. Plain and simple. I'd love to pursue any legal action I can against this company but have no clue where to even begin.
