    How do they scam u. Does your computer need to be scrubbed?

      They will ask you for remote access to your computer and silently steal your information, while they claim they are helping you. Ask they may ask you for credit card information over the phone.

    This was received today 10/20/2020, 9:35 am, to an email address that does not have a Best Buy, Geek Squad account. It has to be a Total Sham.

    I'm getting tired of these fake scams and emails and texts...someone needs to put a stop to them!
