Just thought I’d share before any other buyers get robbed.

Just an update, they have now moved over to another website, www.cricutmug.shop. I thought the prices were just WAY too good to be true so I did more research and came across this website, so thank you for this cause you just saved me a total hassle!

Same here. Paid $99 for a Black Friday "Deal", thinking it was the actual Cricut site. When I called the real Cricut I was told by their customer service department that this site is a scam. Needless to say I never received the machine and had to re-order from a real site and dispute the charge.

Same here, thought it was actually Cricuts website, ordered great Black Friday deals… should have been a flag, got email stating shipped from China.. started to question then, sat there until a week before Xmas when it was delivered to PA, I live in NC. Upon further looking realized there was no phone number, all emails came back undeliverable…. Calling cc today to dispute.
Xmas gift for daughter… reordered from Amazon and paid double, but totally worth it knowing it’s legit this time! Hopefully will get the other money refunded.

I'm glad the site wouldn't accept my credit card information! It kept telling me it was an invalid card. I sent an email to them asking for help - haven't received one. I'm truly thankful I started checking to make sure the site is even legit.

The same thing has happened to me. I bought a mug press and never received it and havenot gotten any type of response from them.

Anyone who has been affected by these scammers needs to report to to ic3.gov so that we can hopefully get them to take down the website. I filed a complaint tonight. I don't know of any other way to get the website taken down. It looks like the address give is a house in CA, so this has to be a scammer and are probably using someone's address.

Please report.

I was also scammed on Cyber Monday for the $99 Cricut. Checked the tracking today and it said my packaged was delivered in New Jersey and I live in Missouri. I tried emailing the company from the tracking information but I received the email back saying it was not an email address. I will be calling Monday to my bank to see how I can get my money back. Its a shame people do this!!

I ordered a cricut from this company on November 26, 2021. I received a tracking number and I should of realized once it said shipping from China that something wasn’t right. Just checked the tracking again today and it says it was delivered to Salinas, PR! I don’t even live there! Did some checking and the payment on my bank statement says all in garment website which is a clothing website. I am so angry. Getting ready to contact my bank to see what they can do. Someone needs to take this fake website down.

Much like the other comments, I've been scammed. Working with my bank on a claim.

I got scammed as well for $99. Red flags started going up when it showed it was coming from China, then when it was delayed there for quite awhile. Finally "arrived" in Los Angeles and sat there for 3 days. Then this morning I get an email stating it was stopped because it was overweight. So I started investigating how much it weighs. Well that didn't match up, so then I looked up company's. Why would a clothing company be delivering a Cricut? Started refund process immediately afterwards. Keeping fingers crossed.

I placed two orders for Black Friday and cyber Monday and now I’m kicking myself. Looks like the bank won’t be able to refund my money, one order was $99 and the other was $76 and change. These people prey on the fact that we are looking for a good Black Friday deal and I emailed them there was never a response back. I never received a tracking number. The website looked real enough, just enough. But in the end your out of money and just mad and frustrated. I can’t believe I fell for this c**p.

I ordered a cricut mug press for 98.99 on Black Friday. I have never received it and countless emails have gone unanswered. Contact credit card company for refunds.

by an anonymous user from: Anne Arundel County, Crownsville, Maryland, United States

I guess I also got scammed. Bank says they can't do anything for 30 days since I purchased it. "The company needs time to ship" When I look at the bank statement payment is taken out by Tempovolume.com After doing some searching on their website, at the bottom where the info is given, the word address is misspelled. :-( Wish I had seen that before I bought.

Just got burned by this site as well. Filed a dispute with CC company. The charge on card shows some clothing company.

Delete

by an anonymous user from: Turner, Ashburn, Georgia, United States

My charge was to a clothing company as well. I filed a dispute with my credit union but they said since I provided the company with my info. I would not be able to get my money back 😡

I think I was scammed too. No merchandise. No shipping info. No response. My money was taken from my account by a company called lobby store.shop in New York. My bank said I need to wait 30 days before they’ll dispute.

Delete

by an anonymous user from: Northbrook, Illinois, United States

Why in the world is this website still up and people are able to order products that will never even come ? You can dispute the charges all day but take the stupid website down so more people don't fall victim to this scam

This is a scam website cricutsmart.shop. it looks just like cricuts, it is not. The charge went through as latinstore.shop. My card company is disputing it.

Scam!! I thought I was on the actual cricut website. Should have paid closer attention. Immediately tried to cancel with no luck and no response from the company. Reported it and filed a claim.

The payment shows as allingarment.com. That’s not who the payment was made to. If you go to allingarment website it’s clothing and your order number does not exist
