Is Flexe us a Scam? Review of flexe.us Online Store

They are most definitely a scam. I ordered through their website for a Christmas item. I never received proper tracking information and the information I did receive, was invalid. I have contacted them on several occasions with not a single reply back. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well as the FTC. The BBB contacted them as well and have heard nothing back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! ITS FRAUDULENT!

Ordered present for my kid’s Christmas in November. Never received it and never had anyone answer the call or email. Definitely fake.

They never sent my product. Fortunately, PayPal refunded my money.

Definitely fake. Never received product and had my bank account stolen from. Scammer called “from my bank” and kept calling back after I would hang up. I luckily live super close to my bank and was already cancelled my cards when Scamer called back and spoke with teller/bank worker. They even tricked her! But Scammer kept calling me by my online name (combo of my legal name and Husband name)and not my legal name. When I pointed this out, Scamer said he could see my husbands info- but we don’t have joint accounts!
Super scammy!

And don't think PayPal has your back! They stand behind this company and say I am the only customer who's had a problem!

How can this company do this to people in these hard times we already live in. When you think they are a lifesaver to only hurt the customer more another slap in the face. Karma will come for the ones who allow these awful experiences to happen

SCAM!!! Ordered Gabby's Dollhouse Playset & was guaranteed delivery by Dec 13th. Here it is Dec 22nd & I have sent emails with my invoice attached & left several voice messages with no response. When I enter my order # to track my purchase it comes up as "no such order found"
Now I have to explain to a 6 year old didn't get the 1 thing she asked Santa for.

Hello! I ordered the Gabby playhouse for for 9 year old the one girl she circled over and over again. I ordered it on December 3rd, still says “awaiting shipping” money came out d**n quick didn’t know why it hasn’t shipped. Not resounding to email and the phone number is totally c**p. Because of their awful scam, my daughter will be heartbroken and that kills me. This is her last year of believing And it’s so hard sitting back fighting for them and have to cause a scene to make it right rights against who’s great their power are selfish, childish and down right cruel. Then they would parents lose their cool..nor would they appreciate this happening to their chldren!

I am in the same boat. Was happy to find this dollhouse as it was sold out everywhere. Now to find out I will never get it. I am glad though I found this site. As I too have been trying to contact someone.

Website is a scam; they shipped a toy for my daughter which is 8.2 lbs to the “wrong address” and the shipping label said 0lbs .05oz so essentially they shipped nothing to fake address hoping I wouldn’t follow up. The. PayPal denied claim because they had provided tracking. Luckily good ole Bank of America reversed the amount.

This website is fake, I wish I had looked for reviews before I ordered. PayPal refunded my money.

I wish I had seen this article sooner. I ordered my granddaughter's Christmas gift from here. Like other comments on here I've emailed & tried calling several times with zero response. I'm so mad at myself for falling for this.

I did as well an I also had paid to air ship it for the extra 15.99. I to am very mad at myself I ordered my daughter a magic mixie in pink im very disappointed.

I ordered from this company November 27, 2021. Order hasn't shipped. No one answers their Google voice number. I have written several emails no response. I reported this company as a scam to my bank and canceled my debit card. Do not order from them.

Please do not purchase anything from this site! I purchased my item on Nov 21, they never responded to emails and the order is still showing "awaiting shipping". I requested a refund through PayPal and they responded within seconds informing me that I would receive a refund.

I also ordered Gabby's Dollhouse in November. Still have not received. My order stayed in "awaiting shipment" status all along. I reached out via email and phone and never received a response back. I just tried to pull up by my order number and now my order cannot be located, go figure! I originally paid via paypal and my credit card. I am now disputing the charge. I hope by using my credit card, that I get the refund. I then ordered the same thing from a seller on MercarI and received the dollhouse in under a week!

Same thing happened to me....I ordered a Hoverboard for my daughter and they won't respond, the address goes to a residential home, no response to my emails. I'm on hold with PayPal to see if I can get a refund from them bc that's who the payment went to. I paid with my debit so I dont know if they can do that.

The exact same thing happened to me. I too tried to order Gabby's playhouse in Nov. Same issues. No one would answer emails or phone calls. My order number can't be located. After no response or shipping for two-plus weeks, I disputed the charge with PayPal and got my money refunded from PayPal within three days. I hope that PayPal won’t allow them to continue the fraud. That purchase protection is what led to me taking the risk in the first place.

I ordered a gift for my granddaughter a couple days ago. She really wanted it. I hope these people didnt scam me. My granddaughter already lost her Daddy, my son, and I really wanted to get her something to make her Christmas bright. Has no one contacted their state attorney general or the FTC about this company?? Why is it allowed to continue to operate if it's a scam??

Same here. I filed the dispute with Paypal, but they declined my dispute, so now I have to dig up more evidence. Bah humbug!

Well, another comment said they received their refund from Paypal. I just filed my claim with them.

This is a fraud I got taken for 80. I did it through PayPal I called then to get a refund we will see if I ever get my money back
