The offenders have been prosecuted and ordered to pay a substantial settlement in which you are eligible to receive a cash portion of. You are eligible for reimbursements of false acquisitions, compensation for potential impact on your credit, and any additional claims you may make.

    I live in Australia and I received the aforementioned email this morning. Well-worded and presented. I'm no fool but I can see older folk falling for this one.

    I got the email too and replied to it. They wrote back requesting to contact a law firm which I did. Let's see how much further this goes. I will lead them on than cut them off.

    I got it, it went to my spam mail.

    Live in Western Australia. Had full name and address correct right down to postcode.

    I not with Optus, Medibank or Woolies delivery, so don't know how they got my info.

    I got this email yesterday in Australia. I am not in Medibank or Optus. My full name was in it and it supposedly came from westchestermc@englandmail.com but it said at the bottom to email them at help@westchestermag.co.uk

    Another Australian here. Had full name and address etc in the email. Others have mentioned on here that maybe data came from recent Woolies or Medibank breaches, but I don't use either. I got warnings from the recent Optus breach that partial details had been compromised but not enough to need documents renewed. Hmmmm...

    Yeah, I received the same email before. It looks legitimate but def its a scam. There have been a few articles as well about it as well that they're scam
