The scam text message is being sent by scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into visiting the phishing website that steals account credentials, personal and financial information.

If you receive the "USPS Arrange Delivery" scam, please do not click the link in it, just report it to your cellphone service provider and then delete it.
