    I have been scammed by a metro winner. How do I report this fraud that used Home Depot notification first to take a survey. after all, information includes credit card number for shipping fees 19.995 forc666.00 Dyson vacuum. They said I did not qualify. Now should get a new credit card?

      If you were tricked into disclosing your credit card information, contact your bank for help. You may need to change your card.
