This spam email came to me as a result of a survey I filled out about a year ago, which was required in order to download a book. Not only did I not get the book, but I got a torrent of spam every day ever since. The reason I know it is from this one mistake is that on that occasion I used a fake name, and almost all of the spam I have received since that date is addressed to that fake name. So it just goes to show you can't trust a*******s who ask you to complete a survey in order to get something.
