The quality is terrible and they are not close to f*****g. They first offered $11, then $22. Their site says satisfaction guaranteed. I am disputing it through my credit card company. I ordered 3 items for a total of around $95 on June 29th. I received the items on July 21st. The material – a blend of rayon and elastane – did not feel like rayon at all! The fabric does not breathe like a natural fiber. I decided immediately to return them. Their response to my request for a refund was: “We are really sorry our items did not meet your expectation, we can offer US$6 for your order as compensation, and you can keep the item…. The returning address is international so it would be costly.” This followed with a back-and-forth bargaining during which Yvowis offered $15, then $30, and then their “best offer” of $40.This was their “Easy Return” on items for which I had paid $95! Tired of playing their game and of the time all this was taking, I settled for $50. I suppose if you were happy with the items they sent you could be getting a good deal.
