Is Hausad a Scam or Legit Online Store? Review of hausad.com

Last year before Christmas I ordered some items and when I was told my items have been delivered but I didn’t received anything I contacted them. They offered sending it again free of charge. Again nothing was delivered to me. I contacted them again and then they offered a refund which I accepted. Unfortunately I didn’t get it either and every time I contacted them I received a reply from a different person. Now they stop replying to my emails.
We should be protected from that kind of companies.

This store is a scam. Last year before Christmas I decided to buy some stuff clothes shoes gift items etc. They put in Canadian currency then did in your account USD and when didn’t receive shipment contacted them through email all the apology and waiting again for shipment that never arrived. I kept saying I am going to put them on internet and I want my money back of which they do not give back $67 and change in US currency but due to all the delays and family issues just getting to do this . The law should really do something to these scammers.

Biggest scamming company ever said they had sent and delivered. Paid £80 and never received anything.this was December 2022. I am going to my bank with all there details on Tuesday. hope the fraud squad manage to track them down.

Hausad.com is a shot scam company. What it do is just sent the buyer something with trivial value and countless email to cheat you again and again.

hausad is indeed a "SCAM"
Order was placed 2 months ago and each time they replaced back. Order is shipped taken into consideration weather, congestion etc.
I have asked for a tracking number this information was never given. Each time a reply is received a different person reply back with a different version of the clothing.

I ordered from this company in November didn't receive the package even though it said it was delivered have contacted the company numerous times and they will not refund my money. Please do not order from this company it is a rip off

It is very hard to buy Christmas presents when you live on Social Security. So...if it sounds too good to be real, it probably isnt.

Ordered 17 suites for young men and a few Pairs of pants for myself along with longer jackets waited for over a month following closely the tracking number. What arrived? A tiny box with GRA Mossanite fake diamond. Not a real clothing store. No way to contact refund or sue. Need refering to law enforcement.

A total scam. I ordered 3 sweatshirts January ll and received an order of a plastic fake ring. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This online store is a Scam I purchased items from this site and never received it we need to report this store to the Attorney general because they are taking people money. They're getting rich off of us.Just think about all the money they are getting from people.Do not buy anything from this store or site

This site is totally a scam. I placed an order in December 2022. According to their tracking it was delivered on jan 18 2023 but it wasnt Funny thing about their tracking is that my pkg was always being forwarded to a usps distribution site but a location was never provided. Stay clear of this site. What .

Ive been scammed just days ago by Hausad.com . I've requested return of funds to my bank , just dont trust them, they send you a fake imitation ring, worth nothing over £2-5. no matter how much you paid for the item you've supposedly bought. So, in no circumstances should anyone buy anything from Hausad.com ever!!

I ordered some waterproof pants spent over £40 never received anything apart from a cheap nasty ring.

Just come across this site. I ordered from them well before Christmas and was sent a receipt of the order and a tracking number. I kept tracking and finally I was advised by tracking the number that y stuff had been delivered by Hermes on the 12th jan. I checked where it was supposedly left and nothing. I e-mailed and was told to check with my neighbours. I know my neighbours well enough to know they would have let me know if they had the goods or had seen someone deliver. I have looked up Hermes delivery, who is also Evri. Both companies have delivered to me before and EvrI usually follow up with an e-mail. Having read a few posts I think I should contact my bank as I don't see why it took so long to come from Ireland to the UK. I thought it was an American company. Any advice other than phone the bank

Placed an order, never received items and the website doesn't recognize my e-mail. Checked my possible payments to them and they were paid, so I did place an order and paid for it. Too good to be true?

I also got a ring with some authenticity certificate. Still waiting for an order. They did answer one email though, but when I asked about the ring I never got an answer.

This is one of the biggest scams that takes advantage of consumers. I made a purchase for Christmas, which the money was removed from my account and never heard from them. Every response from my emails were ones that placated my concerns. They sent a tracking link, which went nowhere, said it was in route, however, if it had not been received it was my fault. Other responses were their apologies and wanted to know if I wanted a refund, which I did request only to never hear from them again. What a sham…I certainly know to do my homework before buying online again. As the old adage goes, “if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.” Man, what a lesson!!!

The same happened to me. If it went through a Visa card maybe we could get our money back.

Hausad is terrible but people should know when you pay with a credit card you are 100% protected just call the credit company and within 3 days the money is returned to your account

I ordered 8 pair boots. They never arrived. I also got fake ring. Emails and fake emails from delivery companies wanting me to pay additional shipping. All were fake with fake shipping numbers. Not fed ex not DHL not any of the carriers were real. They are definitely scam artist taking people's money. My bank got my money back from my credit card purchase and I changed my card to new one. I also started getting 20 robocalls a day.

This company has 6 different company names now I've checked they have more scam company's under the FADEL BEATTY IRELAND WEBSITE.DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

Shoot. I should have known better. The SaudI sounding name and cheap prices should have clued me but the prices were so cheap. Canceling my order, calling the bank and hating Google who promote HAUSAD.

I fell for it too! Kicking myself hard! Google should not show fake companies. I ignored ads for weeks….should have kept on ignoring!!!!
