The aim of the scammers sending the emails is to frighten and trick potential victims into calling them at the fake customer service number. How to Reach PayPal Customer Service

  • Scroll down to the bottom of page and click the "Call us" link:

  • Sign into your PayPal account
  • After signing in, PayPal will display their legitimate customer service or support telephone number along with other information you will need to speak with a representative.
