Scammers are sending scam texts like the one below from online.banking.activity.alerts asking potential victims to call 8188657745 and other 855 area code telephone numbers. Therefore, recipients of text messages from online.banking.activity.alerts, are asked not to follow the instructions in them. If you have received a text message that appears to be from your bank, instead of following the instructions in it, contact your bank directly to verify the authenticity of the text.

I received a txt for that number. Skeptical and did not open. Called all my banks they said they never do that. They will call you or send a letter to you!
