Is Sounguesu a Scam or Legit Online Store? Review of sounguesu.com

I ordered from US UNGUE last year, and I even paid for express shipping so I can get it in time for Christmas. It never showed up. I contacted them, and ask about the tracking information. It never ever arrived. Then they stop responding to my emails. Now I can't find the site at all. So it's safe to say it's a scam.

I order 7 items in Dec 2022... it's almost May..no items... I received a cheap ring as a gift and address confirmation as well..do not buy from this company...

Unfortunately, I ordered from this online company on 11/24/22. I never received the product, but they did sent a tracking # that stated delivery to my address on my porch. That never happened and all correspondence to their customer service went unanswered. I will be getting with my bank to recover my funds. I will not fall into this trap again. Those prices was to go to be true obviously.

I ordered 5 items on 12/4/22 and never received them.They sent a fake tracking number and its all a joke. I'm calling my bank now! This is really bad!

I ORDERED $82.00 IN MERCHANDISE FROM THIS "SO CALLED" COMPANY. I CONTINOUSLY DEMANDED A FULL REFUND ALWAYS GOT SOME LAME EXCUSE!!!! TODAY THEY REFUNDED ME $26.00!!!!!!!!!! WHERE IS MY FULL REFUND!!!!!

I CANNOT STAND TO BE TAKEN FOR A FOOL BUT THIS ESTABLISHMENT, PERSON OR WHAT EVER THE H**L IT IS SURE TOOK ME FOR A RIDE!

Exact same thing happened to me too. Made 2 orders and only got 2 rings. My Post Office said the tracking company is a scam as well and tracking numbers are bogus.

I’ll go ahead and say “Idiot”. I placed two orders, mostly holiday gifts, and I can now say with certainly that it is NOT the thought that counts.

No response from the company, tracking information turned out to be a small package with one very overpriced, fake ring.

I also ordered from this place on 11/28/22 and haven't received anything but a ring I didn't order. I assume it's too late to get my money back, but I'm going to try. Luckily I only spent 40 bucks. I should've known better.

Where is the federal government and why are they not closing this site down I mean they probably made a lot of money because it said 78 people commented that means 78 people lost their money that means these people could have made a lot of money like $100,000

Did anyone get their money back I disputed the charge but my bank is having trouble so I'm trying to print out everything to show them that this is a scam and that the people robbed me I never got my merchandise yet they're still giving letting the company keep $41.88 some scam person not even a company it's a whole big scam is what it is a clothing website sounguesu-clothes.com you scammers

I contacted my bank and disputed the charge which you believe they returned reverse the charge back to the scammers so now I'm going to print out all the information to show the bank that this is really an online fake website and store and a scam they stole $41.88 from me that I still have not received back

The same exact thing happened with me. I placed several orders, tracking said that two of them were delivered, but they weren't. I contacted my CC company, which already paid them, and created a dispute on all the orders I placed. I hope it works. Good luck to all. I will be posting everywhere as well.

I ordered from them in November of 2022 for a winter coat & a blue cardigan. That's the first time I have ever bought from a fake store. I'll stick to F'n Amazon & Walmart! D**n it!

Same thing happened to me. Ordered on 11/10/23 never recieved my order. I emailed back with lots of ridiculous answers about being delivered. BIG SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have seen similar sites from different companies I would check it out closely before purchasing anything

Same exact thing happened with me. Placed 2 orders, tracking said they were delivered, they weren't. Then someone told me about the store and tracking scam so I looked it up and was so bummed and mad to discover it was true. I really wanted everything that I ordered! D**n! So I sent them an email with an article from the bbb that I copied and pasted and they emailed me right away asking if I wanted them to reship or get a refund. I told them I wanted my money back and that if I didn't get it I was going to file a report with the federal trade commission and better business bureau and I will include all of the different email addresses they have used to contact me along with the IP addresses for each one! We'll see what happens. If it works I'll leave another review so that everyone will know what to do. Good luck everyone.

Yeah this place is a scam luckily I only lost 25 dollars know better next said same thing as other comments that package was delivered but wasn't I am retired and most all days nothing recieved

This company is fake as Fu**. I ordered $83.00 worth of stuff and received nothing. Said the stuff was delivered. We went over our front cameras and nothing was delivered to my home. When I messaged the company the said it was delivered and ignored me after. Do not buy from this place. It's a scam.

Same story as you’ll read above…and my bank that I use to order things (Chime) refused to refund my money or even investigate the matter. I’m just left to take this $48.28 L and call it lesson learned! Uhhh, no. So I may not be able to get a refund but what I can do is post my story everywhere possible in hopes of saving another person from being scammed by these thieves! My 10 items were meant to be Christmas gifts for my daughter, who was very understanding when I told her what had happened to me. I gave her the ring they sent and took it to be appraised and was honestly shocked to find the stone was worth $170! I sold it for $130 to the store it was appraised at and handed my daughter the money so that she could buy what she wanted and I could feel less s****y and taken advantage of! I must admit, Looking back, the prices alone should have been a red-flag but there are companies like TEMU and Wish that are way less expensive but are 100% real companies with decent customer service…and it’s honestly hard to differentiate between fake and legit nowadays. For those of you who received the ring, have the stone looked at and appraised and either keep it or sell it. In cases like these I guess some money is better than no money and hindsight is always 20/20!

I bought items last November 2022 up to now I haven’t got anything. They stole my money. And I’m doubting that 17TRACK is a scam too they don’t have phone number . I’ve emailed them more than a dozen time . They are scam artist don’t buy anything there

I would like to add some details from my previous comment. I ordered some clothing and shoes on 11/25/22 for Christmas. Up to now 1-17-23 I haven't received clothing and shoes even though the tracking # they provided shows it was delivered on 12-21-22. Yes on 12-21-22 I received not what I order but it was a cheap ring. At first, I hadn’t known who sent it to me until I read comments on this forum and found out that customers have been scammed by this company and received the cheap ring as I did. At this time, I realized that the ring came from sounguesu.com as a replacement for my order clothing and shoes. The tracking # they provided to me is totally different from the tracking # of the ring. So, I can tell that tracking # they gave me is not for my order. I received the ring from this address: Online Seller 950 Francisco Street Torrance CA 90502. I checked on google map and noticed that the address has Amazon logo outside the building. Contact them and complained. They gave me a run around and around and around. I already disputed the charge and am waiting for the result.

Fake store. Did not receive either order. One says it was delivered in California the other just says delivered. Do not order from this site.

I also ordered from this site and received a ring that I did not order. They have all kinds of stories from it is in customs to someone stole it, they say they are refunding my money so we shall see, if not I will contact my bank and see what they can do. This is not a legitimate company.

Yep I fell for it and gave it a try to check it out. And they claim thru the tracking system they "tracking654" and all other chinapost tracking services that it wAs delivered. No no no it was not. And they don't even respond fir my request for refund. It just gets ignored had aame issues with etsy only much more monet lost. I'm just not shopping online or out of the US locations anymore. If it's not in America there's too much risk that I will be taken advantage of. US only..

Do not order from this site. You will not receive anything and you will just get a run around when you ask where your orders are. This is a scammer website.

Oh wow I thought the ring was odd so it did get shipped but was a ring!

I ordered from them and it was Dec. 7,2022 I never received anything from them but the tracker said I had in a locker by usps. I also asked our mail person and they said they had not delivered anything like a box of that would house 6 jackets! I contacted the company and a person named Sweetie replied, stating things about refund or re-shipping the items to me. That was the last time I recieved anything, then I have been getting automated emails saying sa.e thing to check my tracking number because it was received. Place only got $46.00 from me or so but still very bad site and they don't sell or do anything on the site as advertised!

I also received the ring instead of coat that I ordered. emailed and they replied, but the replying email without any of my original order details, no order number etc. So I suspect that they are replying all their customers with the same excuse, otherwise how do they track their communication with their customers without any order details? their strategy is postpone any re-fund/re-shipping as long as they can so you will miss your dispute deadline. This flags a warning for me. I requested a full refund and will see how it goes.

I ordered a number of items from that site and received 1 tiny package more than a month after I placed my order. Instead of the clothing that I ordered I received a mossanite ring that I did not order. The band is probably cheap metal. I emailed them, but never received a reply.

Wife ordered items on Dec 3... After some delay, we received an e-mail stating package was enroute. Just checked today, and there was an e-mail stating it was delivered by the USPS on Jan 7 at 1315 hrs... We did have 3 packages delivered by the USPS on 7 Jan, but this package was not one of them. I am unable to find any information on the company, no contact number or valid address. Contacting my Credit Card company to see what can be done.

I placed 3 orders the second week of Dec. One package says it has been delivered. (It has NOT!)USPS told me I would have had to sign for a Chinese package.
The 2nd package tracking says it is at US Customs in Los Angeles.
The 3rd package just says order received.
No response to any of my emails.
This can only be a fraudulent company.

I ordered on the 21st of November. Terrible people. I never got a delivered email. I only get a contact email. No phone number. Hope you all go to your bank. Mine will dispute the past two months and I at least get my money back. H**l has a place for them.

I ordered two coats from then and have not received any packages. 22 dollars is a lot for me since I am ordered not to work. This is such a scam. People have no dignity. Don't buy from them. I'm in Michigan in the USA. Scam artists. How do I report a site?

It’s an ink and toner business a couple of doors down from the scammers alleged address in Ireland. It’s worth a try calling and possibly a starting point. Or it could be a bogus business address much like the company itself.

They got me too. I placed 3 large orders in November I bought a lot and I didn't get any of my packages.Ive been going round and round with them emailing because you can't call. Oh I should have known better!!!

I have also gotten scammed. There has to be a way to post comments where Soungues is advertising in the United States. Or
They should be blocked from advertising in the United States. Is it possible to file a class action suit against this company?Please respond if you have any ideas I will be reading comments daily.

Hello I got scammed they sent some d**n ring to my mailbox thru USPS but it came from Las Vegas and under the label it was another label from China...I wouldn't be surprised if we was support them on other means. I need to call my CC so they can follow-up it's probably too late
