I think so because the website was registered only 3 days in Iceland, but its privacy policy was updated on January 25, 2021. How can a website that is 3 days old update its policy more than a year ago? Also, there is no physical address of the business and their only means of communication is via telephone and an online form. I did a little digging and First USA was bought by another bank in 1997 and doesn't exist anymore. I think I would know it if I owed $16,490.71 to someone. This is Saturday and immediately after I logged off their website (which did not require a user name and password - fishy), someone texted to ask why and if I want to pay over text. Then I found you guys.
