I ordered a stroller and knew the price was too good to be true. I received a tracking number and was told there was a delay due to Covid. Then I finally received a pair of socks. This was not the item I ordered and paid for at all. When I contacted them, they wanted to refund me 85 percent for shipping and made up another story about delays. Now when I asked again for the refund, they are saying the accounting department has delays. Total scam site. Sending credit card disputes after them and ready to report to better business burea. When it said delivered it was a piece of clothing. I have a reciept for my skeleton but never got it. I told my bank and they investigated it but now I’m in argument with them saying they contacted the merchant, Ventmay, and closed my case with my item delivered. I just called them to say they didn’t call them or contact the merchant cause the numbers and email don’t work. This is BS. Total scam.
