Is the TD Bank Fraud Department Robocall a Scam?

I keep getting the "TD Bank Fraud Department" Robocall below and wants to know if it is a scam or not. I get at least 5 calls per day. The telephone number the call came from appears to be legitimate, but I know telephone numbers of legitimate businesses can be spoofed by scammers.
