What kind of society do we live in when a company like mydieselclaim.com is allowed to advertise on national TV?! Actually this is not a company. It's a website that takes your personal information and then spams your inbox for even more personal information.
I cancelled my initial application after I saw the questionnaire and all the personal info that mydieselclaim.com wanted. They have no information on how to cancel, their phone numbers don't work so I sent the cancellation email to every email of theirs that I could find. No response and they are still emailing me.
In mydieselclaim.com agreement they provide no information on how to cancel and I believe this is against FCA regulations. I've already written to the financial Ombudsman and I will possibly contact the FCA.
I'm absolutely gutted that I've already spent so many hours on this. These kind of operators should not be able to operate let alone advertise on breakfast TV.
