Is Shoptallyho at shoptallyho.com Scam or Legit Store?

Can anyone tell me if the Shoptallyho at shoptallyho.com is a scam or a legitimate store? I would like to make a purchase but I have gotten scammed before. Therefore, I want to make sure the store is legitimate before using by credit card on it. If you have any information, please share in a comment below.

This sucks I don't have much money kids birthday are so close no money or gifts for them thanks a lot whoever is scamming people. I am so sick of scammers they have no idea how many people they hurt and they don't give a care

I found this site on Facebook I bought shoes from them and never received them and now I can't find anything about them they got me for $28.99 there bogus...

100% scam. Sad thing is, shoptallyho com is a real company but it's a florist...so they're getting a bad rap because of these lame fraudsters. I reported to my bank but who knows.
