If you look at the product in the image below, you will notice that it does not have the name "Vistaheat" on it. As a matter of fact, there is no name on the device. I did an image search for the Vistaheat device in the image below and found out that the same heating device is branded under the name Hotix Pro. That same device does not have the name "Hotix Pro" on it.

Generic products like Vistaheat cannot be trusted because they can change their name, especially when consumers start complaining due to misleading advertisements. This will make returning the product and getting a refund difficult.
