Heinecke Welding LLC PayPal Scam Message

Has anyone received an email or text message that appears to be from "Heinecke Welding LLC" regarding PayPal? If you have, please share what you know in a comment below. It appears there is a scam either impersonating or using Heinecke Welding LLC. When I get more information, I will update this post.
