It is claiming to be a voice activation search service. "Voice Activation Department" with "AMS" is 5 major voice platforms Apple Siri, Amazon Alexa, Samsung Bixby, Microsoft Cortana, and Google Assistant" directory listings. It is an illegal telemarketing/spam/scam. They will typically have two people coordinating on the call and have a good sales pitch but will ask for your credit card number. This is the first time I've received a call from AMS. When I searched for more info, I found many sources confirming it was a scam.
