False Advertising - IPhone 5 Giveaway Countdown website theiphonepage.com

The IPhone 5 Giveaway Countdown promotion website below is bogus. This bogus promotion website promises an IPhone 5 after sharing and "liking" it on Facebook, when the ticking 24 hour countdown clock reaches zero. I think the intention of the scammer behind this promotion is to get as many Facebook users as possible to "like" and share this fake IPhone 5 promotion website.

This is the message that is posted on Facebook and other social networking websites

"Its time again for our next iPhone 5 Giveaway! Since we reached 14,000+ fans we are having this giveaway! All of them are factory unlocked and 32 GB. The shipping is free worldwide. Participate now!"

If you try clicking on the “Proceed” button as per the instruction above, you will notice that nothing happens. The button appears to be disabled and clicking on it takes you nowhere.
