If this website is fraudulent then what exactly are they getting from us? They don't have my password info for PayPal/payza. And by watching these videos what benefit do they get by me watching them?

The owners(scammers) of the website will get paid for the work the users have done, but they will not share the money with their users. The website promises users that it will pay them for each survey taken, video watched, or referral made, but what they do is to trick their users into working for free, because they collect and take all the money for themselves and leave the users feeling disappointed because they have wasted their time working for the website.
