Beware of "WhatsApp You Have Offline Message" Phishing Scam

WhatsApp users who have received email messages claiming that they have an offline message are asked not to follow instructions in them and should delete them. This is because the email messages are fakes and contain a link that will take the recipients who have clicked on them to malicious, spamming, or fraudulent websites.

Please continue below.

WhatsApp users should always use their mobile app to view messages, instead of clicking on a link to view them.
