This is because the fake email messages are being sent by lottery scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into sending them their personal information and money to claim their so-called lottery prize. But, once the potential victims send their personal information, and money, which scammers will claim is for taxes, insurance, processing or delivery fee, the scammers will take their money and disappear.
