The website Dono Mano at www.donomano.com is untrustworthy e-commerce website or store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who have shopped from it, run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, knockoffs or nothing at all.
Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Bad company Dono Mano. I ordered a pair of shoes. These were delivered but they were too small. After a lot of e-mail traffic I was allowed to send them back to get my money back.They told me that the shoes have arrived but there is still no question of any reimbursement. We have now been 2 months further. So don't order anything.
Received via email: "hello there I have purchased goods via donomano website since 10 Nov.2018 and I have paid around $313,my shopping was (2 Coats & 1 set), today, I got the set which is medium size but I was surprised when I check it. It is fit for a child with 10 or 11 years old and really it does not deserve more than $5, and I paid around $90. On the other hand, I have not received the 2 coats, I don't know what can I do in this case. please help me"
They took my money. How can I get s refund?
The clothes was cheap material and made in China! I returned two orders and did not get my money back! Jon
It took two whole months before the jacket I ordered finally arrived. It was the wrong size. Not even close. When I emailed them saying that I would like to return it, I received an automatic reply saying that if I wished to return the product, I would have to pay the international shipping costs myself; if I was unwilling to do that, then they would allow me to keep the product and give me a 15% refund.What a ripoff. Definitely a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Received via email: "this company is advertising on Google as an add and took my money a month ago and sent nothing and will not reply to my emails."
I also bought a suite last year December using Pay Pal till today my order is not delivered, I e-mail them they send automatic reply email. I dont know how to get my money back since the bank said they cannot help me.
Do not buy anything from dono mano!
without knowing this website I've noticed a payment of 134.99USd from my account to them so the bank is investigating how the incident. As seen on other website is not to be trusted.
