They somehow know my family members' names and pretend my family are sending me random links. I don’t know how they got this information but they are using it to try and scam me - I delete and report immediately.

Received texts from this number as well as 410-100-008 and 410-200-505, all claiming to be Wells Fargo, and that there was a log in error or some other security issue. Don't have a Wells Fargo account. Deleted text, did not respond or click on link in message.

Received via email:

"I have been receiving texts for two months that I was traveling in the Orient to various countries from 1(410) 100-007 and (410) 100-008 informing me to
email my bank urgently.

Further they stated that my account had been suspended. Having retired from the Bank after 27 year service I knew the bank does not text anyone. They will message you on their website or to you email address depending on your instructions.

Beware of these texts they are phishing attempts on your accounts."
