I got scammed as well. £22 on order, have just got bill for £151. Am so angry with myself.

So did I exact same amount , how do I get my money back , going to have to contact the bank direct

I also got stitched up for £151, unfortunately, I can't find the advert from which I bought from. This sort of scum should be put away

I've also been scammed by them. Same thing, they took £151 from my account too. I'm absolutely furious, not only with them, but with myself for allowing myself to be stitched up.

Me too, I bought these in error expecting to be given the option to cancel before the transaction went through, expecting to see a final quote and postage cost, when I pressed proceed I expected to go to the basket, there was no final tall, or email sent to confirm the purchase. I was left thinking it hadn't processed when a week later the goods arrived and my account was debited £99.00. when the item was tagged as £22. No paperwork was included in the package and I had to get the info from my bank and find the contact details online.

When I telephoned them they offered me 30% back with some other products that I didn't want. then they told me they would charge me £3.85 per item as a restocking charge....outrageous! I have returned the item with a tracking receipt at a cost of £7.40 so let us see if they do return my full £99.00. I'll be posting again one way or another.

I've had the same happen today, the phone number the person gave in an earlier comment has a recorded message saying it's been rejected due to fraudulent activity!

Phone number is London 02033181178, be patient, waited nearly 30 minutes before answering, stick to a full refund.

They took £151.00 out but I have been in touch with my credit card and they have paid me back the £151 pounds and also stopped them from taking out any more money from me regards Brian.

Been on the phone and received confirmation email for £151 BEING REFUNDED..

I have been scammed for £151 from the healthy living shop. I’ve had to cancel my bank card; they are scammers; there is no way to contact them unless u sign up to them; has anyone got their money back; I’ve got the fraud team from my bank on to this.

I have just checked my online banking statement and found that I have been debited #151 to livingheatlthyshop.com I have never heard of this and do not understand how I could owe anyone so much if I do not even know who they are.

You can cancel further transactions as they will text to say they have sent another parcel and debit 53 pound in around 3 weeks from first package.

Bank can't do anything as it is in the small print. So you have to stand to the loses but the bank will block any subsequent withdraws on your account. Expensive lesson learnt.

this has happened to me and I managed to get someone online chat but now looking at my account they have credited only half by 151.00.

I thought I was only paying 22.00 also for 1 bottle. I am going to call my bank if they do not refund the rest.

Can you remember how you got to chat online with someone?
