The "Facebook Email Lottery Draw" is a scam, there is no such lottery. Facebook has no lottery and will never ask their users to send personal information and money in order to receive a prize. As a matter of fact, no legitimate company will ask their winners to send money in order to collect their prize and winnings. Therefore, recipients of "Facebook Email Lottery Draw" emails are asked to delete them and should never follow the instructions in them.
