The website "www.novelkee.com" is a fraudulent one. The website, which claims it lets you read your favorite books anywhere, anytime, is similar to other fraudulent ebook websites. Online users who have used their credit cards on the fraudulent website, run the risk of their cards being fraudulently charged for undetermined amounts, even when they have canceled their subscriptions. Therefore, do not even think about contacting their customer support or service, contact your bank instead and dispute the charges with them to get a refund.

I have tried the website and it keeps charging my credit card, even though I have canceled my subscription before the trial period ended. And, the website doesn't have some movies, books, games, software, and music it has advertised. I think this is another trick used to lure potential victims to the website.
Online users who have already subscribed to services on www.novelkee.com are asked to contact their credit card company or bank for help to prevent the fraudulent website from fraudulently charging their credit cards, or refund their money if their cards were already charged.

I have been trialling a couple of streaming websites which were legit. Somehow, I have received a 5 day trial with novelkee.com. I have never subscribed to novelkee, and have tried to contact them for forgotten password, membership cancellation etc. They never sent me info for the forgotten password, and when I go to cancel my membership, I am told the membership has already been cancelled. When I try to get confirmation of membership cancellation by email, I hit another brick wall. They obviously are a fraudulent site, and I have no idea how they conned me. They must have been hidden in the background as I was trialling the legit sites.Regards,Warren B...
dear sirs today 12/11/2019 at 13:12 hrs I saw that from the company without my permission somebody took from my bank account visa card of ALPHA BANK of GREECE the amount of 57.95 euros. I like to know who did that by using my card pin etc without my permission.I will be highly appreciated to investigate and inform me accordingly by returning the said amount back to my bank accountAlready my Bank had informed accordingly
Have your bank cancel the transaction and refund your money.
Bad, I can not find anything, despite cancellation of the subscription arrives payment on Monday. What can I do?
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
