Doubts set in this morning and he Googled for information. On checking the CC online it showed two payments of 93p. CC said no chance of getting those two payments refunded as he had authorised them when the CC company had texted him. However, the CC agent did say that even though Bookdenn had sent confirmation of cancellation, they still have "live" credit card information and could easily make a charge to our card under another name. Card is now cancelled. Annoying, but definitely the best course of action.
