Book Denn at bookdenn.com - it is a Fraudulent Website

Bookdenn.com is a scam, though I cannot understand why it is hosted on Freelywheely.com which is a legitimate site.

I wish to cancel these payments straight away. l am reporting this site to the revelent authoritys

I’ve been charged $71.20 by Bookdenn yesterday. I have no clue why or what for as I have never heard or seen this company before.

To be this crooked during a pandemic is especially wrong! It sad anytime!

My bank alerted me when bookdenn tried to take a payment and I told them not to pay it. When that happened bookdenn immediately cancelled my subscription.

Exactly what happened to my husband, but because he thought they were a legitimate company he authorised a payment of 93p on our credit card. Doubts set in this morning and he Googled for information. On checking the CC online it showed two payments of 93p. CC said no chance of getting those two payments refunded as he had authorised them when the CC company had texted him. However, the CC agent did say that even though Bookdenn had sent confirmation of cancellation, they still have "live" credit card information and could easily make a charge to our card under another name. Card is now cancelled. Annoying, but definitely the best course of action.

I have been charged twice until I found an unknown translation last night, the other one was charged on 4/5/2020. I never heard about this website, never visited this site, and of course I didn't subscribe or joining the membership. Until now I don't know how they got my card information and charged me twice already, $150 Australian dollars. Reported to the bank and didn't have much luck, will visit the bank tomorrow to make a dispute to try to get my money back.

I had the same issue as your one, and I am also in Melbourne, Australia, I was charged once on 4/5/2020, and once yesterday. Never heard this website and never visited. Not sure how they took the money out of my account. very angry about this

What bank are you with? I am in Melbourne as well and I was charged twice until I found out yesterday, called the Westpac bank this morning they do not want to refund me, they said was purchased from my IP address, but I do not even know this website, and never join the membership or subscribe on their site.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. Then, cancel the card they charged and get a new one to prevent further unwanted charges.

Yes! Definitely fraudulent. A horribletrick to allow you a trial look at the available e- books. I wondered if this would be helpful in my classroom but now have been charged.

I didn't even go to their website. Didn't even know they existed until they charged money to an account. Not very happy.
