IKABEN is a FAKE WEBSITE, SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS. The products they are advertising on their official website do not match the items they deliver to customers. The items delivered are totally garbage made in China. Do not buy anything from Ikaben. If you already did, I hope you have used PayPal. Paypal will assist you to return the fake items and you`ll get a full refund. [ they will cover the return postage as well $ 15 ].JUST FOLLOW PAYPAL RULES REGARDING THIS ISSUE.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
I was ripped off by these people also, ordered boot $75 and never received them. When I would complain (email) they would just ask me to wait longer. Reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and to PayPal.

HI AllI too got caught out. I ordered a pair of boots of which I did receive but to tight on size and synthetic within the inside of which was not as advertised / when I contacted them resending back at my expense for another pair a size larger (No Problem with that - one would think?) however they said to keep the boots and offered me 10 US Dollars and that was their favoured word Negotiation>?Facebook/ Instagram should not be dealing with such?I am just one of a long trail of luckless tryouts with this company Ikaban
After nearly a month of going back and forth with this shady company, I received boots that are nothing like what I ordered and are NOT leather as advertised.They didn't even come shipped in a box. $75. They need to be pulled from the feeds ASAP
I placed an order and received no confirmation email. I noticed my bank account was charged. I tried to login to the account I set up, but they claimed there was no account with my email address which is the only email address I use. I could find no phone number to contact them. I sent an email to cancel my order and demanded a refund. Waiting to see if I get a response.
